Mortgage with dual benefit

Though I had been careless with the plastic card, I am lucky enough to survive. I had long given up hope of securing a mortgage for a new home. I was ill educated and did not know the consequences of having a bad credit history.

Purchasing things I never required was my forte. I too am one of the countless abusers of credit cards. But fortunately I have friends who have provided me with valuable advise. They have helped me to find certain non-institutional financers who will arrange a mortgage for my house despite my bad credit history.

This is not the end of the story. Here is the icing on the cake. If I repay back my mortgage on time, I’ll be improving my credit history as well. Is this not mortgage with dual benefit?
